Students on a dining plan can use their dining dollars. Dinners are limited to a hundred guests. So, grab a group of friends and get there early for an evening that will have you saying yay!   • Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Thyme Breadcrumb and Aged Balsamic Glaze
  • Smashed Fingerling Potatoes and Crème Fraiche and Chives
  • Herb-Brined Airline Chicken with Smoked Tomato-Coffee Barbeque Sauce
  • Grilled Hanger Steak with Balsamic Vinegar and Steak Jus
