805 Kitchen Events

Can’t boil an egg? Don’t know the difference between blanching and braising? No worries. Campus Dining along with Cal Poly University Housing has put together a series of one hour cooking lessons for the culinary challenged. Every Tuesday 5-6 p.m. and Thursday 12-1 p.m., a Campus Dining chef will help students, faculty and staff prepare a recipe and share culinary tips and tricks along the way. The class size is limited to 20. To reserve your spot, please fill in the form below.

Chef’s Table

Every Wednesday outside 805 Kitchen in the University Union a Campus Dining Chef showcases their culinary mettle with a dish of their own design. Past Chef Tables included tasty salmon cakes, wild mushroom risotto, southwestern sandwiches and Chinese hot pots.
