Cooking in the Canyon

Can’t boil an egg? Don’t know the difference between blanching and braising? No worries. Campus Dining along with Cal Poly University Housing has put together a series of one-hour cooking lessons for the culinary challenged. Every Tuesday 5-6 p.m. and Thursday 12-1 p.m., a Campus Dining chef will help students, faculty and staff prepare a recipe and share culinary tips and tricks along the way. Held in the teaching kitchen in Canyon Cafe, the class size is limited to 14. To reserve your spot, please fill in the form below.
