Campus Dining acknowledges and understands the inconvenience caused by the evacuation of Fremont Hall. For that reason, we want to make your meal plan arrangements as simple and worry free as possible. Below are the different dining plan options available and the specific terms and conditions. RETAIN CURRENT RESIDENCE HALL PLAN.
Campus Dining will provide a bonus of $150 Campus Express dollars on April 3, 2017 to student for retaining Residence Hall Dining Plan through June 18, 2017.
Campus Express dollars may be spent at Campus Dining and University Store. Remaining Campus Express dollars roll over from one academic year to the next.
CHANGE OF RESIDENCE HALL DINING PLAN TO APARTMENT DINING PLAN.
Students in residence halls must have the Residence Hall Dining Plan, and students living in apartments must have the Residence Hall or Apartment Dining Plan.
Students must complete a form at the Housing office indicating they wish to change their Dining Plan.
Any changes submitted will be effective no sooner than 5 business days after Housing notifies Campus Dining of the approved change.
There is no fee for changing Dining Plans.
The deadline to change Dining Plan option is Friday, March 24, 2017.
If a student changes to an Apartment Dining Plan and later moves back to a residence hall, the student will be required to change back to the Residence Hall Dining Plan. Campus Dining will not change the Dining Plan for any reason after Friday, June 9, 2017 – the beginning of the last week of classes of the Spring Quarter.
CANCEL HOUSING LICENSE AND DINING PLAN BEFORE MARCH 24, 2017 (END OF WINTER QUARTER)
Housing confirms that student Housing License is officially cancelled as of February 18, 2017, or any date through March 24, 2017 (end of Winter Quarter).
The cancellation fee will be waived.
If a student cancels Housing License and Residence Hall Dining Plan on or after March 25, 2017 (spring break and spring quarter) and Housing confirms that student Housing License is officially cancelled as of March 25, 2017 (spring break) through June 8, 2017, the cancellation fee will not be waived.
Campus Dining will not refund the Dining Plan for any reason after Friday, June 9, the beginning of the last week of classes of the Spring Quarter.
