There is a lot of new on campus this fall. Of course, there are the new practices and protocols set in place to keep everyone safe. No indoor dining. Required face coverings. Increased sanitation. Have you met the new Cleaning Concierge? And then there is the brand-spanking new dining complex. Vista Grande is open and cooking up culinary deliciousness in all forms. The three-level dining pavilion is home to six unique venues including a Jamba, a breakfast all day spot, two stone-fired pizza ovens, and a restaurant solely dedicated to the creation of delicious allergen-free dishes. Change has come to Campus Dining in a big way, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Guided by the university, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local public health authorities, Campus Dining has made a number of changes including curbside pickup, modified dining rooms, deep cleaning each hour, employee wellness checks, contactless catering, and reinforcing food safety standards for preparation and service.Learn More
