Nutrition Identifiers

To help Campus Dining guest easily identify dietary preferences, we have created a set of icons. You will also find the Vegan and Vegetarian identifiers on the menus in all venues across campus.

  • Vegan Vegan: foods that don’t contain animal products such as meat, dairy or eggs.
  • Vegetarian Vegetarian: foods that don’t contain meat but may contain dairy or eggs.
  • Gluten Free Gluten free: Foods that do not contain gluten, by recipe.
  • Dairy Free Dairy free: Foods that do not contain dairy, by recipe.
  • Low Fat Soy free: Foods that do not contain soy, by recipe.
  • Peanut FreePeanut free: Foods that do not contain peanut, by recipe.

Choose Well

Choose Well are foods that have been determined by our Registered Dietitian to be a healthier option based on USDA Dietary Guidelines. Check out our guide to help make healthful food choices when dining on campus.
