Spring is here and with it comes warmer weather and the promise of a quick 10 weeks till summer break. To help make it interesting we are once again mixing up the menus across our venues and throwing in a rotating offering of limited-time specials that take advantage of fresh Cal Poly Farm produce. Speaking of produce and healthy choices, in an effort to make it easier to find plant-based foods options, all of our menus can be sorted for vegetarian or vegan diets, as well as for gluten, peanut, dairy and soy free options. And, with the nicer weather, we’re going to be doing more barbecuing, so look for the pit master serving up a menu of charred foods inspired by places near and far.
