Spring is upon us, and Campus Dining is taking full advantage of the abundant Central Coast sunshine and all that comes along with it. This includes leveling up events with more in-person happenings with specials, limited time offers and tri-tip sandos. You’ll also notice the return of an old friend from the before times. The Campus Market Salad Bar is back. Self-serve access to healthy greens, fresh accompaniments and ranch dressing hasn’t been this easy since March 2020. And to top it all off, the chefs at Vista Grande will be playing their biggest hits from fall and winter during a spring quarter encore.
Whether you’re in the mood for healthy snacks, Santa Maria Style tri-tip, or almost anything in between, Campus Dining has the event for you. Some even come with free samples to boot. Look for more Superfood and FYUL tastings, a special GrateFUL event, plus the ever-popular Wednesday BBQs.

To wrap up spring quarter, Vista Grande is bringing back some of the chef’s greatest hits and diners’ favorite dishes from fall and winter quarters. Expect to find some pork belly ramen, banh mi sandwiches and that stone-fired pizza with the specialty sausage that no one could pronounce.
