Spring is upon us, and Campus Dining is taking full advantage of the abundant Central Coast sunshine and all that comes along with it. This includes leveling up events with more in-person happenings with specials, limited time offers and tri-tip sandos. You’ll also notice the return of an old friend from the before times. The Campus Market Salad Bar is back. Self-serve access to healthy greens, fresh accompaniments and ranch dressing hasn’t been this easy since March 2020. And to top it all off, the chefs at Vista Grande will be playing their biggest hits from fall and winter during a spring quarter encore.
