The highly-anticipated Open House rodeo is quickly approaching and we are very excited to be part of your experience. We are proud to provide catering services to our suite holders, which include cold platters, hot foods, desserts and more. Please review the policies and procedures prior to submitting your suite order; this helps enable our staff to provide you with the best product and service possible. Place an Order

Catering Policies & Procedures

Cancellations

You may cancel any part of your suite order without charge by contacting the catering sales department at least 72-hours before the event. Orders cancelled with less than 72-hours notice will not be refunded.

Equipment

All supplies associated with your order such as cups, forks, knives, spoons, cocktail and dinner napkins, salt and pepper-shakers, corkscrews, and bottle openers will be supplied in your suite. Please keep your supplies in the same location to help facilitate the inventory and replenishing of products as needed. All food and beverage equipment and supplies are property of Campus Dining and may not be removed from the suite. Replacement charges will be the responsibility of the suite holder.

Billing & Credit Card Authorization

When we receive your online order at the University Catering Sales Office, we will call the phone number on the online order form (credit card holder) to get your payment information.

Placing Orders

University Catering is proud to offer outstanding catering services at Spanos Stadium. Advance ordering is necessary to achieve the best service, presentation, and quality for all guests. The suite host must place all orders online at calpolydining.com/stadiumsuite. Orders will need to be placed with the Catering office no later than 3 days prior to the event date. Any food or beverage ordered during the game will be billed to the suite host.

Delivery

Food and beverage will be delivered at the start of the rodeo to insure quality and temperature. A trained suite attendant will service your suite. This attendant can verify that your food order is complete and assist with game day orders or special requests. Should you require a dedicated server or bartender who will assist only your suite, one may be requested. We require a minimum of seven days notice and cannot guarantee a particular server. The cost of a dedicated server or bartender is $25.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum per event.
