Starting June 15, all Campus Dining venues will close for the summer. With summer session being held virtually, most summer in-person groups cancelled, few resident students on campus and many members of the Cal Poly community continuing to telework, the demand for Campus Dining services has decreased substantially. During this time, work continues to wrap up construction and prepare the new Vista Grande Dining Complex to open to the Cal Poly community this fall. The LEED Gold Certified facility will be home to six unique dining venues, increased indoor and outdoor seating, lounge space, game tables and a variety of exhibition-style food choices. We look forward to serving the campus this fall.
Guided by the university, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local public health authorities, Campus Dining has made a number of changes including curbside pickup, modified dining rooms, deep cleaning each hour, employee wellness checks, contactless catering, and reinforcing food safety standards for preparation and service.Learn More
The Vista Grande Dining Pavilion is open and ready for business. The LEED Gold certified complex houses six separate dining venues, including Jamba, Grand Ave Market and Balance Café which serves delicious, healthy, allergen-free entrées, sides and breakfast options.
