It’s time to try something new and really start to unlock the gastronomic potential that this campus has. Take a walk up to PCV and try out a new-to-you dining venue and some of the latest offerings from Einstein Bros. Bagels, Jamba or Village Market. Try some of the myriad local, or student-made products. While you’re at it take the chance to learn a new, awe-inducing skill that will impress your friends, family and relations during a Cooking in the Canyon class. These hour-long classes happen twice a month and will give you a hands-on culinary experience, and teach you how to make a variety of dishes from homemade pasta to party appetizers. Let’s get out there this quarter and explore what the campus has to offer.
